Delinquent Policy:
April 1, 2023 - Assessment Delinquent
Admin Late Fee of $15.00 Assessed

June 1, 2023 - Notice of Intent to File Lien Mailed - $25.00 Fee Assessed
Admin Late Fee of $15.00 Assessed

July 1, 2023 - Lien Filed Against Property - $300.00 Lien Fees Assessed
$15.00 Admin Late Fee Assessed

August 1, 2023 - Breach of Contract Filed - $700.00 Minimum Legal Fees Assessed
$15.00 Admin Late Fee Assessed

Once a Judgement is obtained if account is not paid or a Payment Plan approved, the next step is Foreclosure.
Note:  Admin Late Fee of $15.00 will continue to be assessed for each month account remains delinquent.

The service is easy to set up through your portal and allows you to pay your HOA dues as well as any additional charges that may apply.

You can also set up automatic payments, so you never have to worry about missing a payment or incurring late fees.
