Before you can begin your project, please complete the Architectural Review Application below.  This form is meant to be completed online if you like, or you can print and complete if you prefer.  If you fill it in online, you can choose  Save As under File at the top left hand corner, save to your computer, then attach to the email on the application.

You will need to complete and submit your Permit to the City if required.

NOTE:  If you are performing the construction/improvement yourself, the City allows for homeowners living in the home to do so. Under CONTRACTOR, simply type SELF.

2.  Submit completed Permit to permits@wentzvillemo.org

DON'T FORGET TO INCLUDE THE NECESSARY ATTACHMENTS AS NOT DOING SO WILL DELAY THE APPROVAL OF YOUR PROJECT.
